Scoresheets
The 2010 Scoresheets are now available to download. Here’s just a snapshot of some of the exciting changes:
- Legality Scoresheets – will now be known as “Safety Scoresheets”. Violations are identified on this scoresheet for your safety, so we think it makes sense to call it the “Safety Scoresheet.”
- Violations have been changed for easier differentiation between Mistakes, Falls and Collapses - Cheer Judging has been broken into 3 areas to accommodate our specialist judges in each of the following areas:
- Tumbling Skills (includes Tumbling & Jumps)
- Building Skills (includes Stunts, Pyramids & Tosses)
- Dance/Artistry (includes Dance, Motions, Formation/Transitions)
- All judges score Overall Presentation - Group Stunt & Partner Stunt – no changes have been made
- Dance – The scoring criteria has been changed and is now:
- Dance Technique
- Technical Elements
- Group Execution
- Choreography
- Overall Presentation
Check back next week for AUS Cheer's "Scoring Guidelines" to help you understand exactly what the judges are looking for
.
.If you have any questions regarding AUS Cheer’s scoresheets, please don’t hesitate to contact AUS Cheer’s National Judging Coordinator, Ann Ranieri. All judging queries will be sent out to our judges’ network and an official response will be returned to you.
